If you LOVE green, environment friendly, and great for sensitive skin products, keep reading!

For something a little different, I wanted to share a few of my favorite things which you may or may not find useful. Each day I intend to talk about a struggle and a few solutions I found which helped elevate various discomforts for me and my family.

It’s quite common for people with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome or an MTHFR double mutation to have issues with sensitive skin. It has been an issue in my house so I wanted to show you a simple green solution I recently came across. Perhaps you may find some relief as well?

My children and I have very sensitive skin, which is a source of frustration in our house. Both my daughter and I suffer from Eczema and have tried a variety of over-the-counter, natural remedies, as well as prescription medication. We have tried many things, but most have not been helpful and have often been more expensive than we would like. One thing that seemed to affect us the most was our laundry detergent.

I used to make my laundry detergent and baby wipes to save money and to protect our skin. My family tried the “sensitive skin” laundry soap, the “dermatologists approved” detergent, the “baby” detergent, and anything else I saw claiming to be “green” and “safe for the environment”. Unfortunately for my back and torn shoulder, the products were in large plastic bottles that were too heavy to carry while injured and occupied too much space.

I found the solution to my problem! I now purchase an environmentally friendly alternative laundry detergent that is so green you can bury the packaging without damaging the environment! It works on my husband’s heavy-duty Carhartt work pants, the dogs’ bedding, and my teenager’s clothes, including stinky socks. I can order or cancel shipments whenever I want. It’s super convenient. In addition, I love the fact that they donate 60 loads of laundry sheets every time I make a purchase!

Here are a few more of some amazing features of the Earth Breeze Eco Sheets!

  • Only costs 20 cents per load.
  • They’re wrapped in zero waste packaging (biodegradable and recyclable) which replaces plastic jugs.
  • Comes in easy to use, pre-measured strips getting rid of annoying liquids and detergents.-
  • Phosphate and paraben free, vegan, free of chlorine dyes, and bleaches, meaning it is as -It is as sensitive to your skin as it is to the planet.
  • Lightweight packaging means it reduces the carbon footprint of transportation and helps reduce plastic jugs.

I LOVE these new sheets and hope you will too.
